According to the product label, each gelatin capsule contains 500 mg of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and 600 mg of citrus bioflavonoid complex (from lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, and tangerine), including hesperiden and naringin. The manufacturer's recommended serving size is two capsules (1,000 mg).The plastic bottle has a screw-on cap with a flip-up dispenser. Note: at the time this review was written, the product picture showed a bottle labeled "Vitamin C-500 with Rose Hips." However, the product that was delivered was "Vitamin C-500 with Bioflavonoids."
