With only one caveat. Can't go wrong here, the capsules are a powdered vitamin formulation that absorbs quickly, comes in a glass jar and you can smell that they are the right stuff when you open the bottle. It's like the old fashioned vitamins where you KNOW later that you took a vitamin... no question about metabolizing it... just don't take one on an empty stomach. A mega dose of vitamins on an empty stomach can be upsetting. That's not TwinLab's fault, it's just the way it works if you want a super absorbable mega vitamin.
