I really like this flavor. Now the first time or two I drank ANY Emergen-C, I sorta had to force it down, knowing it was good for me...but it didn't take long at ALL for me to learn to like it - now drinking it is no problem. The thing about Emergen-c is that it really works well for me. It gives me a definite burst of energy that is quite natural. I have some health issues - fibro and auto-immune stuff, and this really is great to help me with the fatigue. Since I've been taking it, I've not been a bit sick either, even though I'm on immuno-suppressant drugs. I highly recommend it. A nice flavor, I pour it into a HUGE mug that holds about 3 cups of water. I combine it with a tablespoon of benefiber. Drunk straight I find that whatever it is that add to make this bubbly, nauseates me slightly. The Benefiber kills that and adds 3g of digestible fiber. The combo is a healthy drink that works on multiple levels, 3 cups of water into my system, vitamins and 3 g of fiber to start the day. |
