I was using LUMENE VITAMIN C+ Radiant Day Cream but it became very difficult to find. I decided to buy this and give it a try. I love it! In between creams my face became dull and started breaking out. Within 4 days of using this cream 2x a day (in the morning and before bed) I saw so much improvement. My face is now very soft and the tone is evening out.
The cream is on the thick side but don't worry because it doesn't feel heavy, and it hasn't made my face break out (it's clearing it up!).
It also smells great!

First of all, you should use a Vitamin based cream on your skin. It's the most beneficial. Other commercial products charge too much and are wax based. They rely on brand loyalty and not results. This one absorbs beautifully and leaves the skin feeling silky. I purchased it on Amazon and the value can't be beat. As an older woman, I would highly recommend this product and think women should start using it in their 20s. I use Good'n'Natural Retinol Cream in the evening and this during the day. My skin has more clarity after just two weeks of use.

My family and I use this. I have a sensitivity to salicylates and it's hard to find straight Vitamin C with nothing else added. This product is JUST powdered ascorbic acid, nothing else. No benzoates or rose hips (which have salycilic acid). As to the efficacy of the product, I trust that it's good quality, although I have nothing to back this claim up. Although: I have been using it for several months this winter and have been cold and flu free... that is until i stopped using it. I am in the midst of trying to get rid of a sinus infection/cold now. Lesson learned. My advice is, be consistent with dosages.

I am an avid fan of Emergen-C. I do my best to get in 2 a day. I started taking them when I was on a new diet. I was going to a clinic and the nurses recommended them to ensure that I got all of my daily vitamins. Your body absorbs vitamins much more this way rather than taking the huge horse pills. The clinic also recommend them to help curb headaches. I was giving up my beloved 'Diet Coke' and this was the only thing that made it possible. Plus the B vitamins really boost your metabolism.
These are also great when you feel a cold coming on. They really help to boost your immune system. I never leave home without Emergen-C! I always have a stash in my purse!

I've liked all of the flavors I have tried so far. I love mixing them with Crystal light or something similar. With the Raspberry I mix this with the Lemonade Crystal Light and made it Raspberry Lemonade. It's delicious. I've also put it in with Diet Sprite and it was very good.

Awesome, great tasting vitamin C chewables! The berry tastes awesome & these are easy on the stomach.

Vitamin C is essential to wound-hearing & prevention of long-term, chronic pain problems down the road. It can also help if you already have pain issues.

IMHO, everyone who has had surgery or an injury to a limb, I'd take 3,000-5,000mg/day for roughly 6 weeks, then taper down to a regular every day dose. My chiropractor gave me an article from a chiropractic journal on the prevention of CRPS/RSD after surgery & injury to limbs, and a good vitamin C supplement reduces the chance by roughly 6-fold of developing RSD or CRPS.

In addition, we all know that vitamin C has other antioxidant properties & thus health benefits.

These taste like a tart candy (very much like sour sweet tarts!)

For those who can't take citrus, yet need a vitamin C supplement, these are a great solution!

I've taken Nature's Way Vitamin C for several years, and it's an excellent product. According to the product label, each gelatin capsule contains 500 mg of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and 600 mg of citrus bioflavonoid complex (from lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, and tangerine), including hesperiden and naringin. The manufacturer's recommended serving size is two capsules (1,000 mg).

The plastic bottle has a screw-on cap with a flip-up dispenser.

life saver, next to C infusions and D3 sunshine. Nano-speres are absorbed by the body 10 X more efficient than horse pill tablets. Has kind of an oily texture. Squirt to the back of your tongue and wash it down. Or mix it in a 'little' juice, chased by something tasty. Folk have been brought back from the dead with this stuff. I feel so thankful to find this. Now I want nano D.

If someone else had told me this, then I would not believe them, but since this happened in my body I am a true believer of Lypo Spheric Vitamin C. I had severe pain in my right knee due to cartilage loss, so I tried the Joint Matrix which did a wonderful job, however the pills produced diarrhea, so I had to slack away from taking them. I began taking Vitamin C in November 2011 just to prevent colds and flu, but amazingly I noticed that I could walk without the knee pain. I blend 1 packet in a Fruit Protein Smoothie to drink for breakfast. The use of this product caused my knee pain to disappear completely and bending, walking or exercising no longer hurts. It is expensive, but its worth every cent to be able to enjoy walking again.

i didn't realized that it had only 120 mg per jelly. In order for me to take more than 2,000 mg per day, I had to take more than 17 tabs per day and it only lasted me 9 days per bottle. It's only for kids.

Wal-Mart sells ester-c gummies that are just as good and cheaper than these. But is you do purchase these- don't buy gummy vitamins in the summer (if you live in a hot climate.) I made that mistake and I opened the box to find a big bottle of liquid goo.
